Let’s jump into the first topic: How to Find Foreclosures in MN!
Using the MN MLS Online to Find MN Foreclosures
One of the easiest ways to find homes that are in foreclosure in Woodbury, Stillwater, Lake Elmo, Cottage Grove and Washington County, MN is to search the MN MLS online on our website. Go to the Advanced MLS Search and scroll halfway down. You will see a box titled “Potential Short Sale” with the options of “Yes, No and Not Disclosed.” Underneath that box you will find a box labeled “Foreclosure Status” again with the options of “Yes, No and Not Disclosed.” Lastly you will see a box titled “Lender Owned” with the same three options of “Yes, No and Not Disclosed.” This last box, Lender Owned will provide you with all the houses that have currently been foreclosed on in the area you are looking in. Use the selection and enter any other criteria you may have and hit search to find a list of foreclosures in your MN area!
Another easy way to find foreclosures in your area is to simply ask us!
