Max and Kolleen go above and beyond for their real estate clients. My husband and I recently sold our townhouse on a short sale and Max and Kolleen truly showed their expertise during this stressful time. They successfully negotiated our short sale with a bank that is known for not allowing short sales to take place. When the buyer’s financing fell through they referred the buyer to a Loan Officer they knew could get the job done. Through all of this they kept us informed of what was going on and were incredibly diligent about getting the sale done.
